Overview - Yoga can help people with shoulder pain, knee pain, lower back pain, and many other types of chronic pain conditions. Pain relief workshops work on various pain points of the body. Our expert instructors guide the session with simple yoga asanas with a combination of strengthening stretches, breathing techniques, and stretching to increase blood circulation and reduce pain. Props yoga & exercise techniques are taught to reduce pain. Special health tips & workout routines are given for maintenance.
